Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the PM Jacinda Ardern, has announced COVID-19 alert levels. New Zealand is currently at Level 3.
To avoid the community transmission, and more importantly to protect our patients and staff, we have made these changes to our services:
- From 28/03/2020, our clinic is closed, we will notprovide:
(a) Acupuncture
(b) Tui Na
(c) Cupping
(d) Pulsing
(e) Consultation face to face
(f) Any services that would mean physical contact between patient and practitioner.
- We still provide the following services:
(a) Chinese herbs
(b) Consultation on line; WeChat, Skype, Facebook, phone calls, email and messaging.
- For people who do not feel well or have symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath please immediately call Healthline’s dedicated COVID-19 number 0800 358 5453 or contact your GP.
- We will update our service plan as necessary.

由于新冠肺炎疫情在新西兰越来越严重，已出现社区感染病例， 本诊所响应政府号召和呼吁，更是出于对病人及工作人员健康安全保护的考虑，现对本诊所的服务和治疗项目及时间做如下调整：
- 从2020年3月23日 ( 周一) 至2020年4月12 日（周日）三周内我诊所将暂停提供针灸，推拿，拔罐，把脉，以及 面对面的咨询或看诊等接触性治疗或服务项目。
- 我们依然为朋友们提供配药，抓药，中成药，线上问诊（包括通过微信，网上视频，电话，以及电子邮件咨询等方式）为大家服务；同时我们也在为大家的预防新冠肺炎做大量的准备工作。
- 如果有人出现发烧，咳嗽和呼吸困难等疑似症状，请马上拨打新冠肺炎服务热线 0800 358 5453咨询，或联系家庭医生。
- 我们将根据疫情发展的情况变化及时调整服务项目和计划，并及时告知大家。
